Problem
Many small and mid-sized businesses were exploring AI tools but struggled to identify practical use cases, evaluate implementation feasibility, and drive adoption within existing workflows. Most stakeholders were interested in AI's potential but lacked a structured approach to integrating it into day-to-day operations.
Actions Taken
As a Technical Consultant Intern at a stealth startup, I worked directly with prospective and existing clients to evaluate operational bottlenecks and identify opportunities for AI-assisted workflow improvement. I conducted discovery calls, solution demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and implementation discussions across multiple client engagements.
I translated technical capabilities into business outcomes for non-technical stakeholders, helped design adoption roadmaps, and supported teams through early-stage implementation. I also trained users on new workflows, gathered feedback, and acted as a liaison between clients and technical teams to ensure deployments aligned with business requirements.
Results
