UI/UX Design — BeingHR
Redesigning HR platform experiences with a scalable design system.
Problem
BeingHR's HR management platform required improvements to user experience consistency, design scalability, and developer handoff efficiency. Existing flows contained friction points, and the product lacked a sufficiently standardised design system to support future growth across devices and use cases.
Actions Taken
As a UI/UX Design Intern, I conducted product analysis across existing workflows and redesigned key user journeys to improve usability and consistency. I redesigned seven platform pages and fourteen user flows while collaborating with internal stakeholders to align business objectives with user needs.
I created reusable design assets, standardised interface components, and developed responsive prototypes that could be referenced during implementation. Particular attention was given to reducing design inconsistencies across web and mobile breakpoints and improving the efficiency of the design-to-development process.
Results
